| Stevenson's Double S Livestock is family owned and operated. We have been raising and feeding cattle for over 50 years. 3 years ago we purchased a Black Angus Bull that had been genetically tested for specific genes that increase tenderness and marbling. We have continued to expand our herd according to these genetic markers. Front Street has 16 star genetics and a full deck for tenderness.
Our goal is to give our customers the most enjoyable eating experience possible. The first beef from these cattle have customers raving about the quality, flavor and tenderness.
The tenderness markers measures an enzymes in the meat that reacts favorably to dry-aging. So we have our beef processed in a USDA inspected plant and the beef is dry aged to perfection for 21 days. |
